Returns & Exchanges Policy

All Sales Are Final on Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of our products (e.g., custom shirts, tumblers, stickers, event décor), we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on custom or made-to-order items once an order is placed.

Non-Custom Items
For non-custom items, we accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [your email or contact info] with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund if necessary.

Refunds
Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, cancellations are not guaranteed, especially for custom or personalized items already in production.
