Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Custom Orders
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing of custom or made-to-order items, depending on the complexity of the design. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time after processing is:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days
- Local Delivery/Pickup (if available): Within 24–48 hours after processing
Shipping Providers
We primarily use USPS, but may also ship via UPS or FedEx depending on your location and shipping speed selected.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We ship to P.O. boxes using USPS.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Customs by Nette is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and item.
